Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

## Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

## Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content)

Your right of withdrawal **expires early** in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a physical medium if we have begun to perform the contract **after** you have:

1. **expressly consented** to us beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
2. **confirmed your acknowledgement** that, by giving your consent, **you lose your right of withdrawal** upon the beginning of performance.

You provide this consent and acknowledgement at checkout, by ticking the corresponding box before completing your purchase. If you do not provide it, your files will only be made available after the 14-day withdrawal period has ended.
